The data installation is CAT 8, and the entire lighting scheme - LED fixtures throughout, from the Modulair brand - is controlled by a KNX building management system, with iPads placed throughout the building to control the building, individual floors, offices and meeting rooms. The design also accounts for an alarm, fire and evacuation installation and a camera system. BVo holds the maintenance contract, so the user is fully unburdened on the electrical side, and we carry out all statutory inspections, including NEN 3140 low-voltage inspection and NEN 1010 inspection. This project was realized together with PGA Groep and The Projects bv from Eindhoven.
