The project
The Panta Rhei foundation was formed through the merger of public primary education in the municipality of Leidschendam-Voorburg with the Stichting Katholiek Onderwijs Voorschoten, Stichting Katholiek Onderwijs De Jakobsladder and Stichting Samenwerkingsschool Essesteijn. It now governs 15 primary schools across Leidschendam-Voorburg (12 schools), Voorschoten (2) and Den Haag (1).
